Once an order is placed on our website, an auto-generated email and SMS will be sent to confirm receipt. From that point, our team individually processes each order and aims to dispatch within 24–36 hours. For local orders within Pakistan, we strive to dispatch the same day once the order is confirmed by the customer.

Emaan Adeel will only proceed with stitching orders after direct communication with the customer who placed the order. Communication with a recipient (if different from the original customer) will not be entertained for stitched or customized orders.

Emaan Adeel reserves the right to hold any order if incomplete or insufficient information has been provided by the customer. Our goal is to respond promptly and ensure smooth processing once all required details are received.
