You may cancel your order within 24 hours before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the `applicable. Emaan Adeel has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

For paid orders, changes cannot be made in any case after the order is booked.

Exchange & Refund Policy:

At Emaan Adeel, we are committed to ensure the highest level of services. Whilst, we hope you are delighted with your order and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer "Conditional Exchange" if you receive a damaged product.

  • We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty.
  • For products bought on sale price we do not offer exchange or return unless a customer receives a damaged item.
  • The faulty item provided by the customers MUST be in its Original Form.
  • All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only.
  • In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
  • Ready to ship articles are not eligible for Exchange & Return.
  • There is no Return & exchange policy as per the customer's liking or disliking of the product.
  • Company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
  • Products are delivered as per the description and size chart provided. Any extra accessories or styling shown in photos are for shoot purposes only.
  • All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
  • We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
  • Product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and individual device display settings. Such variations will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.


Delivery Refusal

  • Refusing to accept a shipped parcel or being unavailable at the provided address will result in no refund.
  • Repeated refusals may result in a ban from our store.

Customs & Duties

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
  • Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes will not entitle the customer to a refund.
